Boating upon the Three Rivers offers information on boating safety and recreational boating. “The Three Rivers” refers to the Ohio River, the Allegheny River and the Monongahela River, all of which come together forming a confluence at an area in the downtown Pittsburgh region known as “The Point” and “The Golden Triangle”, making the region very unique and extremely picturesque Boating safety, “locking through” (going through a lock) and basic operation are demonstrated. In addition to boating safety, many of Pittsburgh’s recreational boating activities and organizations are showcased.
